Terms and Conditions for Jasmi Beauty and Threading

Welcome to Jasmi Beauty and Threading (“Salon”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Jasmi Beauty and Threading provides beauty services, including but not limited to threading, waxing, and other personal grooming services (“Services”). All services are subject to availability, and the Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments: Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to accommodate other clients.

3. Health and Safety

All clients are required to disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns that may affect the Services.
The Salon adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation practices in compliance with California state regulations.
Clients exhibiting contagious conditions or open wounds may be refused service for their own safety and the safety of others.

4. Payment and Pricing

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any price changes at the time of booking.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified at the Salon.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please notify the Salon before leaving so we can address your concerns.

5. Minors

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parental consent is required for certain services.

6. Personal Belongings

The Salon is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Clients are advised to keep their valuables with them at all times.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Promotions: Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

8. Privacy Policy

The Salon respects your privacy and complies with California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) guidelines. Any personal information collected will be used solely for providing Services and improving client experience. We will not share or sell your information without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Liability Waiver

The Salon is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or misuse of aftercare products.
Clients assume full responsibility for their choices and accept the risks associated with beauty services.

10. Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

The Salon reserves the right to refuse service to clients who:

Exhibit inappropriate behavior or harassment toward staff or other clients.
Violate these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Salon reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and at the Salon. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate California court.
